AoeChinese, in collaboration with Zhejiang institute of Economics and Trade, will participate in the “2024 Indonesia Edlink Overseas Education Fair China Special”.

Since 1985, this education fair has helped numerous Indonesian students achieve their dreams of studying abroad. Initially, students chose Australia and other English-speaking countries as their study destinations. In the past decade, more and more Indonesian students have opted for other countries, with China being a primary choice. To expand resources and provide more comprehensive study abroad services, “Edlink Connext”and “Grun Academy” have established a partnership focusing on the Chinese study abroad market. Our main task is to organize overseas education fairs in several major cities in Indonesia. In 2024, Edlink Connext will organize nine fairs in seven major cities in Indonesia (Malang, Surabaya, Bandung, Makassar, Bali, Solo, Yogyakarta, Serpong, and Karawang). This year, for the first time, we will host a “China Special” focused on the Chinese study abroad market, allowing Chinese universities to promote both fully funded and self-funded programs. We aim to continue making this overseas education fair a trusted and reliable platform for Indonesian students studying abroad. The education fair is expected to attract over 5,000 Indonesian students and their parents.

Edlink+Connext, established in 1985, primarily aims to provide professional services for Indonesian students studying abroad. Initially, it had offices in Melbourne, Australia, and Jakarta, Indonesia. To better serve more students, parents, and partners, we have since opened additional offices. Grun Academy, founded in 2017, envisions offering superior solutions for Chinese language learning and Chinese vocational education. We provide personalized solutions and continuously promote comprehensive cooperation between educational institutions in China and Indonesia. In 2020, Grun Academy entered a strategic partnership with Hatu Online Chinese and has become the exclusive agent for iHatoo Chinese in the Indonesian market, fully responsible for brand promotion activities of iHatoo Chinese and AoeChinese locally.

iHatoo Chinese & AoeChinese, along with Zhejiang institute of Economics and Trade, Zhejiang University of Technology, Zhejiang A&F University, and other Chinese institutions, participated in this year’s Indonesia Study Abroad Education Fair, which commenced on July 20, 2024. The event saw an overwhelming number of students and parents in attendance. Compared to Western institutions, many students have a favorable view of educational opportunities in China. Numerous students and parents sought information at the event, with many students expressing their desire to start their study journey in China this year.

The distinctive programs of Zhejiang institute of Economics and Trade attracted many inquiries from international students. They felt that the core specialties and courses of the institute could enhance their future career competitiveness. In addition to major fields of study, students also asked about specialized courses. The courses in cross-border e-commerce, new media marketing, and big data and e-commerce application analysis were highly appreciated. Coupled with the scholarship policies of the institute, international students generally found studying in China to offer high value for money. Many international students decided on their study applications on the spot. The education fair will continue until August 11, 2024.
